What bothers today’s working professionals the most?

This is based on a survey of over 50 MBA students with considerable work experience. The survey suggests that individuals have issues pertaining to work place, issues beyond the work place and also finding the true inner calling as important and needs greater attention. However, very few were able to relate to issues pertaining to inner calling. Instead a vast majority of the responses talked only about work related problems as most important. This skew may be at the root cause of the problem working individuals may face today.
