Kaivalya Upanishad by L Ramaswamy – Class 24: Mantra 24, 25
Shatarudriya, part of Yajur Veda, is a text eulogizing Lord Shiva. One who chants and absorbs Shatarudriya gradually shifts his focus of thoughts to the Self. Eventually he is purified of all sins. Thus he takes refuge in the Supreme Lord and surrenders to Him, who is ever liberated. A renunciate is advised to chant Shatarudriya always. Kaivalya Upanishad concludes that the seeker destroys the ocean of Samsara and gets liberated from the cycle of birth and death by following the procedure mentioned. Realizing the Self, he attains the fruit of liberation. He attains the fruit of liberation
