An awareness of gratitude towards fellow humans forms the foundation of social service. More than just performing acts of service, you need to cultivate a deep consciousness of your duties, based on your role and stage of life. When individual awareness increases this way, the need for social services will naturally diminish. An Enlightened being, by his very presence, serves the world to the fullest.
